Our story

Made by a parent, for every little artist

If you've ever spent half an hour trying to print a simple coloring sheet, only to end up with blurry lines, pixelated characters, or a sketchy site throwing pop-ups at you, you already know why coloring.photos exists. Keeping kids happily coloring shouldn't mean fighting your printer or dodging ads.

How it started

coloring.photos was started by Martin, a digital artist and dad who got tired of how bad most printable coloring pages were. Finding a good one used to mean downloading a tiny, jagged file that fell apart the moment you blew it up to fill a page. He wanted something better: a clean, safe, fast library where parents and teachers could find a child's favorite character and hit Print with total confidence.

What began as a small personal stash of carefully prepared outlines has grown into a library of thousands of pages, used by parents, homeschooling families, and classrooms around the world.

Behind every page

Checked by a human, not a bot

We don't scrape and dump low-quality images. Every single page here is prepared by hand.

Crisp, ink-friendly lines

We clean up every outline so the black borders are solid and sharp. Your printer follows them cleanly, without wasting ink on grey, fuzzy edges.

Made to fit your paper

Each page is laid out to sit inside standard print margins, so you get the whole drawing. No chopped-off hands, feet, or edges.

Safe and ad-light

Downloads come straight from our own server as plain images and PDFs. No redirects, no installs, no nasty surprises. Just the page you wanted.

Meet the founder

Martin

Martin draws and hand-prepares the pages, and obsesses over print scaling so even detailed line art comes out clean on an ordinary home printer. When he's not fine-tuning a page, he's usually test-coloring a new one with his own kids.

Free, forever, and up front about it

coloring.photos is completely free, and it always will be. A few light ads keep the lights on so the pages can stay free for you. We take families' privacy seriously, and we're happy to show exactly how we handle it:

And we love seeing finished pages. If your kids color one, share a photo in the reviews on that page.
