Beedrill, the powerful Bug and Poison type Pokemon, strikes an aggressive pose with its sharp stinger-tipped tail raised high. Its two large pincer-like claws are spread wide open, and detailed veining lines the leathery wings that fold across its back. The striped abdominal segments and spiky head make this fearsome insect a thrilling subject to color.

Coloring tip

Use yellows and blacks to shade Beedrill's striped body segments, then add purple or dark red for the stinger and pincers. Leave the wings light or use pale yellows and whites to make them translucent, which will make the bug really stand out.
